I hope everyone is having a great Fourth of July, and enjoying this time to fellowship with family, friends, and loved ones.
I just wanted to take a moment and say “Thank you” to all the men and women in uniform and their families for their service and sacrifice. Your commitment means the world, and without your hard work, we would not be where we are today. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
To all who are playing with fireworks…be careful. The topography of the land is dangerously, too fragile to just be horsing around with a couple of firecrackers and sparkles. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve nurtured an aversion to sparklers; I’d much rather throw the popping snap dragons instead. Oh well, I digress.
Stay safe and enjoy one another! Remember, we have more than differences.
